A Fukagawa nine inch sauce boat and underplate fired on in the kiln. Iris decoration from Chuji Fukagawa's own 19th century design book. Blue underglaze and red, yellow and gold overglaze enamel decoration. Mt. Fuji mark in oxidized cobalt blue on the unglazed, flat foot of the undertray. Late Meiji or early Taisho. Good condition. Japanese Enamel Cloisonne pale lavender color vase, Ca. 1880-1920, Meiji period, 8 3/8" high, 4 1/2" wide-widest part, 2 3/4" diameter-top rim, with wireless decoration of snow capped Mt. Fuji, and silver wire and enamel decoration of the Shrine on the higher ground under the Cedar trees, fishing boats in the lake near the small island, with silver mounted top and bottom rim. Antique Japanese woven copper Ikebana flower basket, Meiji period, c. 1868-1912. Rich patina on whimsical flared rim form with skillfully rendered weaving. Ideal platform for dramatic floral display. Very good condition. Dimensions: 5” high x 8” at rim.

A large Japanese gourd flower container with a section of the gourd cut out to place a small container to decorate flowers inside. A rattan handle is attached on the top of the gourd. Hisago is a type of gourd often used for various purposes in Japanese culture. The gourd embodies the Japanese aesthetic of wabi sabi. Age: 20th century. Size: height 18" diameter 17.5"

Decorated with a dragon hunting the flaming pearl. Made in two segments with a horizontal seam. Excellent condition with slight age wear and scratches to the glaze. H. 7 cm , diameter 8 cm.

A pair of Japanese Satsuma ware vases decorated with a scenery of autumn. The view is showing fall foliage with various flowers such as autumn peonies and a pair of pheasants. The vases contain a signature on the bottom reading, Kamiyama. Age: Showa Period Size: diameter 2.1" height 3.75"

Chinese late Qing dynasty Guangxu period famille rose porcelain bowl, covered on the exterior in a dense mille fleurs pattern set against a gold background. The base holds an apocryphal six-character iron red “Great Qing Qianlong Year Made” mark. Late 19th century. 4 7/8” diameter x 2 1/4” high. Very good overall condition with no chips or cracks. There is some wear to the overglaze gilt background. This bowl is from a Tucson, Arizona collection.

Antique bronze pot with a flared back used for heating surfaces, with small raised diamond patterns and large oriental designs on its front and sides. It has a handle topped with skillfully carved bone in the shape of a court official with a long beard, which he twirls in his fingers. He wears long robes topped with heavy armor and a helmet. 17th/18th century Size: 2" height, 9.5" length, 4.5" width

Antique Chinese bronze hanging bell with beautiful casting and patina. It hangs by a hook shaped as a two-headed serpent, and its sides are decorated with phoenixes (fenghuang in Chinese, ho-o in Japanese) flying with their head downwards and their long, beautiful tail feathers floating up and over their bodies. The phoenix is a bird of the Sun, so a small Sun adorns two sides of the bell, along with curling motif running along the bottom. Size: 6.5" height, 4.75" width
