Sold A Chinese porcelain bowl with fluted wall/ blue and white motifs decorations, an unreadable mark inside the foot rim. Ming Dynasty Jiajing to Longqing period, circa mid-16th century. Condition: minor kiln faults and a few tiny glaze flakes on the rim, photo #6 shows two example of them. The bowl is not in a perfect round shape. Please refer to photos for condition details. Diameter: approximately 4-3/4"; height: 2-1/2".

Sold Chinese porcelain cup decorated with famille rose enamel depicting a scene of scholars and children playing. "Qianlong Nianzhi" four character mark inside the foot rim, but made in 19th century. Excellent condition, the only flow is some gilt losing. Height: 2-1/4"; diameter: 3".

There is not much information about this Meiji era potter available even in Japan and his birth year is unknown. He worked in the Hinno kiln of Aichi Prefecture in late 19 century. Ofukei ware comes from the Kan'ei era (1624–44) when the first ... Antique Japanese Shino Ware Chawan (Tea Bowl) Old Shino Pottery for Tea Ceremony Meiji period (1868-1912).
The potter signature is carved on the bottom. Shino pottery is produced in today's Gifu prefecture since 16th century and it is distinguished by thick white glazes, red marks and the surface of small holes. Size Diameter 14cm Height 7cm Weight 370g Condition Overall good. No chips, no cracks.

The light green color is dyed by mixing natural bark and indigo dye.It's a very natural and beautiful color.
This hemp is hand spun. Round flowers and maple patterns are impressive.
This one has some wear and tear due to age. There are several small holes here. Recommended for antique textile collections.
