The pottery body covered with a white slib and a creamy white glaze, painted in brown with a poem: ' Gentle Breeze, Light Drizzle, Yellow Flowers and Red Leaves.' Diameter 18,5 cm, H. 7,5 cm. Good condition with normal age wear and firing flaws. Yuan Dynasty (1279-1368).

A late 19th or early 20th Century porcelain snuff bottle, painted in shades of underglaze blue and pale olive green, depicting a lady and three boys in an interior or enclosed garden setting. The green hardstone stopper is probably jade and the spatula is finely carved ivory. Condition: there are many small burst production glaze bubbles: no chips or cracks and there has been no restoration. 7.5cm ( 3 inches) high (without stopper).

Chinese Export Famille Rose Porcelain Charger, 1780 - 1800, 13 1/2" diameter, 1 1/4" high, with overglaze Famille Rose color of large Peony flowering branch in the center, bordered within seven(7) small flowering branches decorated on the wide rim area. There are some wears on the over glaze decoration and also in the highlighted gold decoration. No damages, no restorations.

Beautiful antique Japanese Saki Ori vest made out of cotton reinforced with hemp stitching. Areas of indigo with red stitching have an effect to appear purple. Sashiko-stitched inset in the shoulder traditionally added to strengthen this part of the garment. Trim and hems are in flat indigo cotton. A Chinese signed calligraphy poem on paper from the Republic period. This scroll is from the collection of the Hollywood actor James Coburn. The poem was written during the New Year of 1917. It expresses the budding of spring, possibly in relation to Sun Yat Sen, alluding to the beginning of the Republic of China. There are two red seals on the scroll. The image measures: 23.5" wide by 50" long.
