Please ask for the price A Chinese jade vase, carved as a lotus leaf with a flower in one corner and a ribbon tying the leaf and its coiled trailing stalk forming the base. The composition is very attractive, the body is quite thinly carved and the stone is of celadon hue. A high quality example of Qing lapidary arts, it measures 14 cm ( 5 1/2 inches) high. It comes with its own custom made wooden base. Age; 19 C. condition: excellent.

Price on Request Antique Chinese pair of Large Shiwan ware goddess statues. These wares originated out of kilns in the Shiwanzhen subdistrict within the city of Foshan, going as far back as the Neolithic period. Each goddess mirrors the form of the other, holding a large vase above their heads, on a cloud pedestal with a small deer at their sides as a symbol of longevity. Each statue is pigmented with deep navy blue, robin's egg blue, beige, and white underglazes with some areas left bare.
18th/19th... Height approximately 46.8 cm. Ivory color. Few hairlines at the rim. Soft frits at the rim. Few firing cracks at the rim. More pictures are available. In good condition.
