Rare Vietnamese 13th / 14th Century Lotus Petal Bowl

This attractively-shaped bowl was made during the 13th - 14th Century. Very similar in form and style of Chinese celadons of this period, this example is Vietnamese. This small blue & white jar was made during the 15th century. It is quite "heavily-potted" and decorated in underglaze blue that features a ring of leaves around the shoulder, below which is a scrolling floral pattern.
