SOLD A Very Rare/Fine/Korean Both Sides Carved Wood Block Printing Panel (능화판菱花板)-19th C.: Korea, Joseon dynasty, 19th century.
This wood block printer carved both side panels for printing was done a very experienced skilled carver carved delicately on the both sides with geometric patterns, and the other back side carved with a same motif decoration of patterns in 60 diamond shapes boxes,.
It was crack in center, otherwise good condition...

$450.00 Massive Korean rectangular form scholar’s inkstone with removable cover carved in high relief with a stylized dragon. The base has a central sloped rectangular inkwell bordered with two opposing dragons chasing a flaming pearl. The flat bottom is carved with low arches at the center of the four sides to form wide feet at the corners. 11 3/4" long x 8 1/4" wide x 3 7/8" high. Probably dates from the mid-20th century. From an old Tucson, Arizona collection.

A quite large Buddhist painting with an inscription on the right top,
a judge sentencing with a guardian (secretary), painted in a very colorful
natural mineral pigments on silk,
It’s in very fine condition but it has a water stain on the lower bottom,
now it removed from a frame, it measures 31”x 20.25” (79cm x 51.5cm).

This is a small silver inlaid box, but is a very rare and unusual decoration with Orchids and other floral motifs on the sides, with 4 yellow brass supporters on the bottom.
