Early edition Japanese Edo period woodblock print titled “Snowfall at Shimasaku in Iki Province." The image is No. 68 from the series “Views of Famous Places in the Sixty-odd Provinces” by Utagawa Hiroshige (1797-1858) dated 1856. Signed within a red cartouche at the left. The title and subtitle cartouches are at the upper right. The seal of the publisher Koshimuraya Heisuke is at the lower right. This is one of Hiroshige's most sought-after snow scenes with a bokashi cloud in the sky...

Japanese sosaku hanga woodblock print titled “Shop Girl” by Kiyoshi Saito (1907-1997) dated 1960. Signed in black ink at the lower right. Paper size: 15 1/4" x 10 1/2" (image: 15 1/8" x 10 1/4). Very good overall condition and color. Trimmed margins. A color illustration of this print can be found on page 111, plate 338, of the 2003 catalogue produced by the Kiyoshi Saito Museum of Art, Yanaizu.

Framed Japanese woodblock theater triptych, circa 1860. In good condition, it has not been examined out of frame, but the prints appear to be loosely attached. The 3 prints measure as seen, site size: 27.75 x 13.5 site, Frame measures: 32.5" x 18.25" . Please note this is shot through glass and there are some reflections, the prints do NOT have white spots or white streaks.

Woodblock print by Japanese ukiyo-e artist Utagawe Hiroshige (1797-1858). The streets are bustling with activity as we see a gentleman who wears a top hat being pulled along in a handcart, a woman in a kimono shading herself with a parasol, and other characters. There are sakura trees blossoming around a flagpole, a communal well, and a beautiful view of the sun rising beyond Mt. Fuji in the distance. Oversized limited-edition Japanese sosaku hanga woodblock print by Okiie Hashimoto (1899-1993) titled "Evening Garden No. 16." The bottom margin is pencil-signed, titled in kanji, dated 1960, and numbered 16/60. The artist's red seal is at the lower left corner of the image. The lower right margin holds a black 5-character self-published mark. Paper: 22 3/4" x 18 1/4" (image: 21 1/4" x 16 3/4"). Very good overall condition. The margin corners are creased. From a Scottsdale, AZ estate.
