Lacquered a brownish black with three distinctive Myoga (ginger) kamon of the Nabeshima clan in gold lacquer. The underside is lacquered red. Comes with a custom metal stand.

An excellent shakudo tsuba inlaid with a "thousand flowers" decoration in gold, silver and sentoku.
