Tetsuya Noda, born 1940 in Kyushu. The art is a framed silkscreen mixed media work, part of the "Diary" series dated August 26th, 1985. The image and title is of his home town in Kayuwara. Noda is part of the Sōsaku-hanga art movement and is considered a major 20th century Japanese artist.
