It is 13.6 inches (34.5 cm) tall by 8.7 inches (22 cm) long and 13 inches (33 cm) wide. It is 7.25 Lb.

It is in good condition with no repairs, except chips, loss and peeling of lacquer (as seen in the photos).

Japanese inro with a large standing bull, frontally positioned with head lowered and looking ahead at the viewer. From the ring in his nose is a rope leading off to the side. The reverse image is a scene, entirely in gold lacquer, of rolling hills and pine saplings in the foreground.
