Very sweet little circular cloisonne box with a pale yellow ground. The foot is exposed copper. The interior of both the lid and base is a mottled dark green. Some expected pitting to the enamel. Meiji (1868-1912) Japanese Cloisonne Box with Flowers Chinese Inspiration - Attributed to Hayashi Tanigoro 林谷五郎

It is 3.85 inches (9.8 cm) tall measured with stand and 2.6 inches (6.7 cm) tall measured without stand by 3.9 inches (10 cm) wide and 5.3 inches (13.4 cm) in length. It is 1.8 Lb.

The box does not close tightly. It is tarnished...
