Gilt bronze figure of Kubera (Kambala) also known as Dhanapati "Lord of Riches", seated on mythical beast with mongoose in one hand, his elaborate crown and round belly suggest great wealth, Nepalese, early/mid 20th century. Size: 7 1/2" high x 6 1/4" wide x 4" deep.

Worn for festival, this shapely Tibetan belt is covered with black and coral colored beads, cowrie shells and has a central medallion of silver with turquoise beads. The belt is secured around the waist with cord ties which extend from each side, I have used it as a wall decoration. At the widest section, the belt is 4 inches...The entire beaded length is 26 inches, but with the cord ties it will accommodate a large waist size

Strand of “drum” shaped white glass beads from the Nyishi ethnic group of Aranchal Pradesh, north east India, strung on hand made hemp cord. A fine and complete set of Tibetan saddle Rugs. The set is composed of a woollen saddle blanket in butterfly shape and a matching saddle seat cover. The central medallion decorated with pair of Snow Lions playing with pearls, beige on red ground; borders with stylised dragons, red and blue on beige borders.
