The carving is beautifully rendered and the unusual form makes it original and desirable. In very good condition, it measures 2 3/4 inches (7.25 cm ) long and dates from the Republican period.

It is finely and delicately executed, the stone is of pale celadon color and the cord of finely pleated silk. The tassels carry colored beads.
