This set of old Chinese bookmarks was sent home to the US by Baptist Missionary Rebecca Cloud-Stewart... Each bookmark has original string and is made with embossed paper with silver surround on image of rural China.... set comes with Original Paper cover very good condition...never used... size 6.5 x 2 inches the ties are not included in the measurements

These 6 antique Chinese needlework implements were brought to the US by the American Baptist missionary Rebecca Cloud-Stewart. They range in size from 3-6 inches long...

Pair Chinese square Rosewood Tables, Ca. 1920, 20" high, 17" square, inlaid with Bone representing shape of Dragons on four(4) side skirts, supported by square tapered curved end on the bottom, all the legs are reinforced by stretchers with the side skirts. It also supported by extra bars underneath the tops. There are some small pieces of inlaid Bones are missing.

A very rare and well made Temple carpet from Tibet with an Imperial dragon with five claws chasing the elusive pearl. This carpet was made to wrap around the column in the temple and the two ends meet. Size: L.222 cm. W. 122 cm. (7 feet X 4 feet). Condition: No repairs.

Richly enameled with vibrant colors on a dark blue ground, this Chinese footed porcelain bowl has a turquoise interior. A seal mark is on the base bottom along with the word "CHINA". In excellent condition, no chips, no repairs, it measures 5" square x 2.75" high.

Chinese hardwood table made from jumu (elm) wood. The sides of the table are carved with pierced panels of dragons and clouds. The four feet are carved with spirals. Original condition.

Chinese heavy Limestone carved Slab with leafy floral design on one side and smooth plain on the other side, 19th century or earliker, 15"wide, 15" high, 11" deep-base. One big piece is off on the bottom.

Chinese brush pot made of huanghuali hardwood with the classic "ghost eye" grain seen throughout. Carved of a squared form with four very short feet.

Chinese snuff bottle made of 2 color overlay red on translucent peking glass. Of a flattened globe form, with a tapered neck with jadeite stopper. This bottle has hand-carved red peking glass figures of the 12 Chinese zodiac animals.

A quite large mother of pearl shell carving, the pierced decoration is showing the deity Magu among birds and flowers. Condition: the rim with a short crack, without stand. Dimension: c. 20.5 cm long x 17.6 cm high.

A framed Christian religious painting of Mary with a winged angel bearing the signature and seal mark of Li Tian Duo. This item was painted in China during the either the late Qing or early Republic period. The early 20th Century frame is age worn but the painting is in excellent condition with no stains or damages. Antique Chinese ink stone with hand-carved motifs of a bird with lily pads. The stone is smooth with patina and wear from use. The scholar object is enclosed with a hardwood case with inlay shell lotuses. Maybe Zitan.
