$230.00 Sparrow beak milk jug, Chinese export porcelain from late Kangxi or Yongzheng, early 18th century. Imari decoration: underglaze blue and overglaze red plus some gilt. The blue is clobbered - the way it is sometimes seen on the blue and white ginger jars with the classic cracked ice decoration - and the way the circular chrysanthemum flowers have been cut in halves shows Japanese influence. Height "4 ¾ / 12.2 cm. Condition: a hairline to the base of the handle.

Unglazed base. 11” diameter x 2 1/2" high. 18th century. Good overall condition. There is a fine old hairline extending around the outer and inner edge. It is about 1 1/4" long and has a two-prong fork at the end on the inside. It barely catches with a fingernail. Typical surface wear and production imperfections...

Chinese Qing dynasty bombe form censer (incense burner) with flared brown dressed rim decorated around the circumference in underglaze blue on a white porcelain ground with two four-clawed dragons chasing a flaming pearl of wisdom. White glazed interior. Two underglaze blue concentric circles are on the glazed base. 6 1/4” diameter by 3 1/2” high. Likely 18th century and no later than 19th. Good overall condition...
Ancient Chinese Buddhist Pottery Amulet - Ming Dynasty
This is one of a group of moulded pottery tablets that we bought about twenty years ago. They are made from a relatively high-fired pottery and have a surprising amount of detail. They were made as amulets and votive offerings and were reported to have been excavated from the foundations of an ancient Buddhist temple, where originally many would have been placed to ensure the success of the temple... A Chinese cloisonne enamel vase, late Qianlong, circa 1780-1800, with gilt bronze dragon head and tongue handles. Height 20.2 cms. With wood stand.

PROVENANCE A Private German Collection, acquired in the 1930's in Japan... A Chinese cloisonne vase, Qianlong, with garlic neck and octafoil body. Height 13cms. Jingtai four-character mark. Dragon's Pearl
