16th Century Chinese Ming Bronze Quan Yin Buddha

It is 9.2 inches (23.3 cm) tall measured with stand, 7.8 inches (20 cm) tall measured without stand by 5 inches (12.8 cm) wide. It is 2.8 Lb.

It is missing part of the crown, small firing holes, chips at the base, oxidation, and surface wears and scratches (as seen in the photos).

Antique Ming Dynasty Chinese iron plaque of buddhas from the Ming Dynasty. Each Buddha is seated on a lotus blossom with hands in the dhyana mudra of meditation. Between each buddha is an inscription of chinese characters. The unusual plaque has been forged in Iron. Early to Mid Ming Dynasty (1368 - 1912) It measures 25.25" wide by 26.25" tall by 1.5" deep.

Chinese Tang Dynasty small round box made of silver and gold. Repouse designs of floret surrounded by tiny flowers. The design on the top side of the box is smaller and more intricate while the bottom of the box has a similar floret but simpler. The rim of both top and bottom is delineated by a raised ring and is encircled by scrolling vines and tiny flowers. Size: 2 1/4" wide x 1 1/4" high

Small bronze seal in the shape of a bird standing on an elevated rectangular base. China, Ming Dynasty. Height: 2.2 cm. Length: 3.4 cm. Abrasion due to age, otherwise good condition.

The elephant has a Buddhistic caparisoned dress with pearl harness, tassels, and scrolling patterned blanket. 17th Century Chinese Bronze Donkey Shaped Incense Burner with Dragon Saddle

It is 8.2 inches (20.8 cm) tall by 8.6 inches (21.8 cm) in length and 4 inches (10.1 cm) wide. It is 2455 gram (5.4 Lb).

It has pitting, firing holes, small chips and missing 2 sticks at the saddle, loss of patina, oxidation, and surface wears and scratches (as seen in the photos).

Good Chinese Ming bronze water dropper; very good patina; good condition

Antique Ming dynasty (1368 - 1644) Chinese gilt bronze scholar scroll weight in the form of a chimera. The mythical water dragon-like creature semi-coils it's body. Made of cast bronze with original gilt finish. Original finish consistent with age.
Scholar-officials were the elite class of imperial China. They were highly educated, especially in literature and the arts.

A tall elongated squared baluster form vase with vertical flanges to the corners and lion mask handles to the neck. Decorated with Taotie panels to the body and smaller lingzhi panels to the neck possibly cast and chiselled and parcel gilding. See Bonhams lot 8214 San Francisco 19th December 2016 for similar form vases there attributed to the Ming dynasty...

A rare bronze (copper & tin alloy) incense burner in the form of a Qilin made in China during the late Ming period.

Condition: the cover is missing and there is a small hole in the base; there is copper oxidation inside the tail and there are traces of the original black lacquer coating between its scales and in some of the recesses.

/ 6 inches high; 15 cm / 6 inches across.
