Description:

A gilt silver plaque was well decorated with motifs of QiLinSongZi, a most popular Chinese metaphor of the fairy animal Qilin sending child to the vowing family.
By characteristic Chinese scenes of pagoda, plum trees, Qilin and the figure riding through the water waves, the picturesque scene was well carved and chiseled by excellent craftsmanship.
It was a piece most likely a buckle on the cloth belt. There're old drilling holes on four corners for sewing thread...

A Chinese gilt lacquered bronze Guanyin from Ming Dynasty. Condition: lacquer and metal loses, there is only part of the reddish-gold lacquer still remains on the surface. Description:

A bronze Buddha of Ming Dynasty was well preserved with fine gilding condition on the surface.
By darken sheen and with very limited abrasion on the ridges of the carvings, the Buddha was kept in a perfect condition except loss of the undercover.
Red protection slip was painted inside the hollowed inner side.

Date: Ming Dynasty,1368-1644.

The padlock is made of thick bronze, solid construction, the partitions are thick. There is a secret system to clear the keyhole which is hidden. You can see in the photos the explanation of the system. The bronze has an excellent centuries-old patina and the object is discreetly decorated with chiselling at the ends. Description: A fine bronze casting work of a sage riding on a standing deer. By dark patina, the figure and the deer were depicted in details by great craftsmanship. They were hollow cast and sealed and being reserved no casting holes. In a perfect condition, the bronze piece would be a joyful addition to your collection of Chinese bronzes. In serene mood, the bronze buddha was preserved in very good condition by enduring old patina.
The old gilt had been transformed into darken metal coatings.
There're three casing holes were found within the pleats.
They were rather than defects but were used for fastening to a base.
The holes were overlooked from the frontal view.
It was a fine good piece in small size but presented in grandeur look...

A bronze sitting Buddha was well cast by well rendered carving craftsmanship.
In very good metal material, the ancient bronze figure was coated with darken patina and reflected with retrospective sheen.
He was preserved in perfect condition only with some casting holes on the back.
He was well depicted in details and showed a grandeur look despite the small size.
An old collection wood box is accompanied.

A small bronze figure of a rat. Qianlong period ( 1736 - 1795 ) L : 9,4 cm...

The censer is cast with twin upright handles and the body is decorated with three taotie panels divided by flanges. It is raised on three tall supports each decorated with a stylised mask and a flange. Late Ming Dynasty, 16th - 17th century. H : 25,9 cm. There is an old inventory Number to the base of the body. Ex Christie´s London.

The depiction was well done by excellent craftsmanship.
It was hollow casted.
Nice patina was preserved on the surface.
One side was squeezed.

Eight petal Chinese Tang dynasty (618-907) foliate form bronze mirror with central pierced knob and four relief characters reading “long life, riches, and honor” (chang ming fu gui). 7 1/4” diameter. Good condition overall with typical wear and extensive patina. From the estate of Gerhard Lohmeier, a Diplomat at the German Embassy in Beijing from 1985 to 1989.

It is 28.7 inches (73 cm) in length by 3.1 inches (8 cm) wide and the blade is 18.6 inches (47.3 cm) in length by 1.2 inch (3.2 cm) wide. It is 2.9 lb.
