Chinese antique box, carved of a beautiful golden hardwood, very heavy. Small cabinet doors open to a compartment with a small open area in the center and two rows of 3 drawers each on either side. It is carved on all sides with scrolling vines and bats. The front is minutely carved and has inlay of green and very pale green and white jade including more little bats. Republic Period (early 20th century). Size: 11" high x 16 1/2" wide x 7 1/2" deep.

Chinese low cabinet made entirely out of beautiful light color hardwood, possible Huali, the two doors are carved with a raised floral design in the center surrounded by a raised key fret motif, hardware is made of brass, the interior has one shelf, very solid, early/mid 20th century. Chinese heavy thick Elmwood Merchant's or Vender's Bench. Ca. late 1800's to early 1900's, 9 3/4" high, 4 1/2" wide-top, 8 1/2" wide-bottom, bold thick Elmwood grains are noticeable, merchants carry this type of stool with graduated drawers with Brass Teardrop pulls for storing necessary items. The condition is original, no damages, shows old patina and age.

Tall Chinese lacquer cabinet with red sides and black front, hand painted with an assortment of gilt butterflies and flowers. Its front features two front opening doors with center locks and two drawers with ring pulls, with interior shelving. Early 20th century. Size: 67" height, 31.5" width, 17.5" depth

The everted flanges are joined to the end of the top and rail, and the spandrel is of two scrolling dragons carved in low relief. The legs of the table rest on horizontal feet. Between the legs are a carved pendant of double motifs of ruyi scepters and pair of scrolling dragons.

Gorgeous Chinese hardwood chair/throne with carved and pierced dragons as armrests, pierced and carved back with smoke clouds around two dragons on either side of a large, solid central carving of robed noblemen and women standing upon a bridge, with interesting plant life around them. Two posts with squared spiral carvings sits on either side of the back, topped with a small carved guardian lion/foo dog holding a xiu qiu ball...

Chinese desk with matching chair made of rosewood. The desk has five drawers with brass rectangular pulls. The chair is adorned with small flowers in the upper corners of the back. The desk measures 22" deep 46" wide 31" tall. 20th century.
