1930's Chinese Famille Jaune Yellow Ground Relief Porcelain Bowl on Wood Carved Stand Marked

It is 5.5 inches (14 cm) tall by 7.5 inches (19 cm) wide measured without stand. It is 6 inches (15.2 cm) tall by 7.5 inches (19 cm) measured with stand. It is 3.8 Lb.

It has skip glazes, firing cracks, minor rubbing of paint, stains at the inside, and surface wears and scratches (as seen in the photos).

Beautiful “Cizhou” type black storage jug with lugs probably used for preserved vegetables, circa Ming Dynasty. A very attractive piece with lovely contrasting black and russet glazes, and paraffin patina throughout. Good example what would have been used in an ancient Chinese kitchen. Perfect condition, except for one very small glaze chip inside the mouthrim, noted in last enragement. H: 18.5cm/7.2in and D: 18cm/7.1in.

This attractively-shaped stoneware jar, or bottle, was made during the Yuan Dynasty (AD 1279 - 1368) at one of the kilns in the north of China specialising in Cizhou wares. It is "heavily-potted" and has four loop handles around the shoulder. A rare GENUINE SWATOW MING DYNASTY POLYCHROME BOWL, 1570-1650, with overglaze iron red and green. Fair overall condition, with some wear due to condiderable age inside the bowl. As common in SWATOW WARE, this bowl has sand/kiln/grit deposits on the bottom and outside and because of the high temperatures in the firing kiln, it is not perfectly level, but warped as shown in the photograph. 18th Century Chinese Blanc De Chine Dehua Scholar Fu Lion Seal

It is 2.36 inches (6 cm) tall by 1.38 inches (3.5 cm) wide measured without stand. It is 89.7 gram.

It has firing holes, firing cracks, small and flea bite chips, skip glazes, and surface wears and scratches (as seen in the photos).

Chinese Blanc de Chine Quan Yin seated on a resting elephant. Quan Yin, goddess of great compassion, is holding 2 lotus flowers, one of which is broken symbolizing a broken spirit. She is holding both pieces of the stem in her hand. The lotus symbolizes purity, spiritual enlightenment, and in this case, new beginnings or rebirth. Excellent detailing and in excellent condition, it dates end of 2nd quarter 20th century. Measures 7.5ʺ wide × 4.5ʺ deep × 12ʺ high.

Small Chinese Ming Dynasty Monochrome Moulded Porcelain Dish

This small and unusual porcelain dish was made during the Ming Dynasty (1368 - 1644). It has a foliated rim and moulded "ribs" to its underside. It is coated in a pale glaze that has just a hint of green to it. The thickness of the glaze varies in places, at its thickest it is slightly crackled, at its thinnest it has flaked from the surface a little. The centre of the dish has four firing marks and a lightly incised ring...
