Antique Chinese pair of yellow glaze bowls with incised flying dragons and clouds of smoke along its outer edges, and a single dragon within double rings on the inside center. Wonderful crackling in the glaze is most apparent near the rim and the foot of each bowl. The bottom of each bowl has a Xuande period mark, but most likely dates from the 19th century Ching Dynasty. Pair of charming Yixing ceramic fu dogs with black bulging eyes. Female dog guardian has two puppies and the male has a ball under his paw. Incense holes on each side of mouth. Each holding ribbon in mouth.

Antique Chinese pair of porcelain vases with flared foliate rims and pear shaped bodies. Glazed with a turquoise color ground incised with a flower motif, the front and back of each vase is decorated with two highly raised dragons and swirling clouds in a yellow glazed medallion reserve. Each vase has dragon handles and the ground is decorated with applied objects of scholarly pursuits. Bases impressed with a Quinlong mark but these vases are 19th century.

A pair of nicely formed hollow glazed pottery birds. Both have round plump figures and lots of character. The darker bird has two glazes - a brown splash of glaze that runs over a straw glaze. The lighter bird has a celadon colored glaze. The glaze on both birds have a very fine crackle.

Period: Tang (7th-10th Century)

Size: Both birds approximately 4.7 cm high.
