Chinese late Qing dynasty sang-de-boeuf (oxblood) flambé glazed cylindrical form censer. The oxblood glaze drips inside at the rim above the thick off-white glaze lining the interior. The censer rests upon vestiges of three small tripod legs. The base is unglazed and has burnt orange. As is typical of late 19th century examples, the base shows evidence where the glaze ran off the base and was broken off the kiln supports. 7 3/8” diameter x 5 1/2” high. Chinese Qing dynasty Tongzhi mark and period 5-petalled foliate form porcelain footed bowl decorated on the exterior with alternating black and red calligraphic inscriptions set against a white porcelain ground. The bowl has a turquoise interior and gilt at the rim. A short foliate form base is decorated with a band of red scrolls. The turquoise glazed deep recessed base holds an iron-red zhuanshu 6-character Tongzhi mark on a square white ground. The foot is unglazed...

Richly enameled with vibrant colors on a dark blue ground, this Chinese footed porcelain bowl has a turquoise interior. A seal mark is on the base bottom along with the word "CHINA". In excellent condition, no chips, no repairs, it measures 5" square x 2.75" high.

Chinese famille rose enameled porcelain plate, late 19th century period, 9 1/4 inches in diameter, with flea bites to the rim.

Painted to depict lotus blossoms and tendrils, having a seal mark in underglaze red to underside, interior and foot ring glazed turquoise, raised on carved hardwood stand, measures 6.5"Dia. x 2.75"H, circa late 19th-early 20th century. Condition Report; Very tiny chip to the exterior, not all the way through, of the rim.

Chinese late Qing dynasty Guangxu period rectangular form porcelain plaque painted in famille rose enamels and gilt highlights with a crane on a pine branch above thick leafy flowers. A poem at the upper left is dated in Chinese cycle years to winter of 1902 and signed Jiang Yongyuan (active circa 1899-1919) at Zhushan, a district of Jingdezhen. Chinese Qing dynasty compressed globular form porcelain brush washer covered overall in a rich flambé glaze with a jun-like quality. The base is has an applied bronze wash and the foot rim is unglazed. The edge of the rim is bordered with a thin, geyao type crackled white glaze.
