Chinese Blue and White Porcelain Double Happiness Brush Washer, Ca. 1900-1920, 3 3/4" high, 4" wide-widest middle part, 2 1/8" diameter-top rim, with underglaze Pea Flowers within scrolling vines and leaves done in very fine brush strokes, two(2) dark blue Double Happiness Characters on both sides. Stained small frit about 1/4" wide on the unglazed bottom rim, and Wax Seal for the Export purpose on the bottom, one(1) tiny frit on the side of the top rim.

A small Chinese export porcelain foo dog done in the Sancai colors of brown, green, and yellow. The dog is standing on a pedestal with a puppy under his left foot. The figurine is marked "CHINA" on it's flat base. The dog measures about 7 3/4" x 3 3/4" x 2 1/4" wide. The condition is excellent with thickly applied enamels. Pair of Chinese Export saucer plates, Yongzheng or early Qianlong period, first part of the 18th century. Scalloped rims and decoration in under-glaze blue of flowers and seascapes in panels. The back of both with a chocolate-brown, "Batavian" glaze. Diameter "4½/ 11,5 cm. Condition: firing crack and rim frits to one plate, the other with a minimal nick to foot rim.

A blue and white plate with a single flower in the center and a simple flower and leaves border. Kangxi or Yongzheng, c 1720. Diameter "9¼/ 23,3 cm. Condition: rim frits, and some “pinholes” in the glaze (generally considered to be an age sign).

Chinese bowl, to one side Famille rose decoration of Peony in Famille rose colours (the flowers in gilt) in the “boneless” style of Yongzheng and to the other a buddhist emblem. Probably late 19th century, the base with an iron red seal mark, difficult to decipher. Diameter "4/ 10,5 cm, height "2/ 5 cm. Condition: a 1 mm glaze flake to the rim, otherwise fine.

Tea or wine bowl with butterflies and double Xi (symbolizing the double happiness of marriage) in Doucai colours. Brown-glazed rim. China, first part of the 19th century. Diameter "3/ 7,5 cm, height "1¼ / 3,5 cm. Condition: fine.

Bowl with enameled decoration of bats and double Xi marks (symbolizing the happiness of marriage) in Doucai colours. Articulating lines in under-glaze blue, the centre with a peach. Shop mark in under-glaze blue to the base. Jiaqing, early 19th century. Diameter "2¾ / 7,2 cm, height "2/ 4,8 cm. Condition: a small glaze flake to the mouth rim.

A charming cup with grapes and a squirrel, a Chinese longevity motif, the squirrel maybe rather to be defined as a tree shrew. Early Qianlong, c 1750. Height "2½/ 6,3 cm. Condition: cracks and rim frits (cf. pics)

Coral red tea bowl and saucer, the bowl with rocky landscapes in blue, green and black in reserves, the saucer with the same decoration depicted on a paper scroll. The black lines are hand painted like the rest, so probably Chinese, Jiaqing period. The lotus scroll work on the tea bowl with traces of silver, now oxidized. The tea bowl with a kiln mark, and a simplified six character mark to the saucer, probably for Jiaqing. Diameter of cup "3 ½ / 9 cm and of saucer "5 ¾ / 14.5 cm...

Lovely pair of exquisite, miniature porcelain vases with Ge type glaze circa mid-20th century (possibly older). On the bottom there are two characters “ya wan”, meaning elegant entertainment, possibly might made for a private collection. Chinese Ming Dynasty Glazed Pottery Chest (16th Century)

A pottery model of a hinged chest made during the 16th century (c.1550 - 1600). Made from a hard creamy-white pottery and coated in green and golden-yellow glazes that have, in places, acquired a silvery iridescence, a result of very long exposure to moisture.

Length 14 cm, height 11 cm. "Calcified" burial deposits in places and a couple of small chips at the corners. No sign of restoration or repair...

Small Song Dynasty celadon plate with foliated edge. Olive green color with crackling in the glaze. Some wear to glaze. Diameter: 4.50 inches, Height: 1.25 inches.
