This extremely rare and unusual jar was made during the Yuan Dynasty (1279 - 1368). It has a splayed foot and is quite "heavily-potted" with the whole of the outer body profusely decorated with what are most likely religious (Buddhist) motifs. The lower body is covered in repeated carved lotus leaves... Fine Chinese Song Dynasty Qingbai Porcelain Bowl with Peony Pattern
This fine and delicate bowl was made during the Southern Song Dynasty (AD 1127 - 1279). Its body is particularly thin and translucent. The outer wall is decorated with an incised peony pattern. Both inner and outer surfaces are coated in a finely-crackled pale greenish-blue qingbai glaze... Chinese Sancai glazed bowl with mark at the base. Qing dynasty, Kangxi Period. 19 cm diameter. Bowl has hairline and small chipped on restoration (please check on the pictures).
Fine Chinese Song Dynasty Qingbai Porcelain Bowl with Floral Pattern
This fine-quality porcelain bowl was made during the Southern Song Dynasty (AD 1127 - 1279). The inner surface is skilfully decorated with an incised floral pattern, most likely the peony. The bowl is coated in a finely-crackled translucent greenish-blue qingbai glaze of good colour. Further decoration is provided by six "V"-shaped "notches" spread equidistant around the rim...

The center painted in deep underglaze blue with a lady and a dancing boy in a fenced garden, the border showing female figures under a willow, flowering trees and geometric patterns. The back with ruyi heads and scrolls. Dating to the early 18th century (Yongzheng period 1722-1735). Condition: fine, only the centers with minimal tiny wear - no hairlines or restorations. Dimension: diameter: 23.5 cm, 2.3 cm high.

The dress is decorated with flowers, butterflies and clouds in green, yellow and manganese enamels on a cream background. Hairs and details in black enamel. Good condition except a very little chip.

Fine Pair of Tall Chinese Song / Yuan Dynasty Qingbai Porcelain Jars
This fine pair of tall and impressive porcelain jars was made in the 13th - 14th century, toward the end of the Song Dynasty (AD 960 - 1279) or the Yuan Dynasty (AD 1279 - 1368). Interestingly they have been made in several sections that have been luted together. They are coated in a finely-crackled greenish-blue qingbai glaze of very good colour. sold In Japan Muromachi period 15th century, tea master Juko Murata had been putting forward "wabi-cha" that has become the mainstream of tea ceremony afterwards. And then he had the idea that wabi-cha should have noble mood hidden inside though it seemed coarse at glimpse. He had changed the tea ceremony in Chinese style to Japanese-like style.
He picked up a coarse celadon tea cup made in Song dynasty.
He thought it was suitable for wabi-cha...

SOLD Chinese posrcelain tea bowls with saucers and lids. The cups and lids are beautifully painted with phoenixes and dragons flying through clouds. The saucer is painted with pink, blue and yelow clouds. The cups are signed Chein Lung on the base, date from republic period. They measure 4.5" wide 3.5" tall with saucer and lid.
