Chinese vintage belt hook carved in the form of a dragon's head curled to face a crouching chimera with scrolling vines in his jaws. On top of the chimera's back is a bat and coin representing good fortune. The jadeite is very beautiful in color and ranges from a pale, almost white starting at the head of the dragon and gradates to a bright orange color with a steak of bright green in the center. A wondreful Chinese wood panel with three goats, an auspicious symbol of peace, harmony and good fortune. The panel was painted with red lacquer and then gold gilt was applied. As a decorative piece it would look great over hung over a doorway or above a large painting. In very good condition, it measures just short of 24 inches long by 7 3/4" high.

A large intricately carved and pierced Chinese soapstone censer. This censer features 3 large foo dogs: two foo dogs at the top of the body with a foo dog removable finial or lid. Three small foo dogs frolic under the 2 larger dogs. The base is a very dark brown, hand carved and not removable. In excellent condition, the censer, as pictured in photo 1, measures 11 inches x 11" x 2.25".

A Chinese banded amethyst sculpture, shaped as an egg and carved with the head of an Immortal with large pendant ears . The carving is beautifully rendered and the unusual form makes it original and desirable. In very good condition, it measures 2 3/4 inches (7.25 cm ) long and dates from the Republican period.

DESCRIPTION: A Chinese celadon jade pendant, both sides well carved in the form of an archaic mask and strung on a black nylon cord with a round celadon jade bead. Such amulets have a long history in China and would have been worn as a mystical protector against all unseen evil and bad luck. This handsome jade pendant is quite wearable and in excellent condition. DIMENSIONS: 2 ¼” long (5.7 cm)
