This is a beautifully carved nephrite jade ring whose exterior is encircled by a sinuous dragon. The interior diameter is one-inch (1"); exterior diameter is 1-3/4" at the widest point. The stone is a medium celadon color with tiny areas of a darker inclusion. This is an authentic product of the Qing dynasty, not a later product misleadingly labeled "Qing," and it is guaranteed to be of the period...

A pale celadon nephrite "heart shaped" jade carving, done entirely by hand. The piece measures 4-1/2" in length and 2-3/4" at its widest point. The raised carving is approximately 3/4" in height. The design is of a coiled dragon, as shown in the photos. Evident signs of alteration/calcification in the stone. This is not a modern piece and is guaranteed to be no later than the 19th century and possibly earlier. A genuine and substantial carving, beautifully done.

Small Chinese Bi-form white jade ornament in the Mughal manner with cupped chrysanthemum petals in three, concentric, graduated circles surrounding a cross-hatched, pierced center. The flat verso cupped slightly toward the face along the rim, with small drilling (exhibiting hand craftsmanship) either side of the central aperture and with the surface exhibiting natural texture of the hand worked surface. Early 20th Century rose quartz carving of 2 beauties. Made of one piece, it is difficult to find a double figure carving like this. Presented on a custom rosewood stand, this rose quartz carving has really nice details that we were not able to fully capture with a camera. It is much nicer in person and you won't be disappointed. In excellent condition, it measures on stand 10-1/2" high x 5" wide x 2". Carving alone measures 9-1/8" high.

Impressive hand carved and polished Lapis Lazuli carving of Shou Lao, the Chinese deity of longevity, standing with others, including a deer, on a log boat. An authentic neolithic Chinese nephrite jade bi. The piece measures 6-1/2" in diameter. The central hole is drilled conically from one side only. A medium green nephrite with darker inclusions. There are visible marks inside the central hole showing how it was drilled. Authenticity is guaranteed. All of these jade pieces that I am listing come from a collection formed before 2000 and are not modern copies.

This is a large, substantial ancient Chinese nephrite object which appears to be composed of two opposing "core" elements from a cong or similar tube object. Each end tapers toward the middle where a "shoulder" ridge is present. The piece measures just under 7" in length and is 1-3/4" at the widest diameter.
