Chinese Blackwood and Natural mottled gray Marble top Round Stool/table, later part of 1800's, 18" high, 13" diameter on top, with carved side apron and curved legs are connected with stretchers on the lower part of the legs. Some wood joints are separated from the dryness over the years, no nails were used. This is heavy and solid piece of furniture.

Chinese Hardwood and white mottled Natural Marble top round Stool/table, circa later part of 1800's, 19 1/4" high, 13 1/4" diameter on top, with curved legs connecting with stretcher in the lower part and another X stretcher immediately under the marble top. Some wood separations between the joint, and this stool is very solid and heavy weight.

Hanging scroll. Portrait of Minamoto no Tsunemoto, sitting on a tiger skin before his sword, dressed in a white garment over his armor. Ink, colors, gofun and gold sprinkle on silk. Dated mizunoe ne (1852), early summer. Signed Gyokurei Omoto and two seals.

Lotuses and peonies peek in through the sides of the badge, over a background of geometric patterns in blue silk; Green, blue, purple, and white lights are along the bottom, meeting with blue waves or clouds and auspicious elements in bright pinks and purples; Cherry blossoms, bamboo leaves, and blue geometric patterns outline the badge. Antique Japanese iron tetsubin (tea kettle) decorated by raised flat areas of gaming tiles with engraved kanji, signed with artist's cartouche below the spout. Handle with figural pattern on body.
