Sold to China - December 2011 售至中国 - 2011 年12月 A large and heavy European shape serving dish decorated in underglaze blue with deer, bamboo and pine trees in a river landscape. This item was made in China for export, circa 1750, during the reign of the Qianlong emperor (1736-1795). Condition - there is a well restored rim chip with associated 5.5cm (2.2inch) hairline (please view enlargements 5 & 6) and there are minor glaze imperfections. 36cm (14.1 inches) across.Weight 1.1 kg (2lb 7oz)

Sold to China - March 2012 售至中国 - 2012 年3月 A rare and very finely enamelled deep dish depicting two cranes, a pine tree and lingzhi fungus (all symbols for long life) and two bats (good luck). The base carries the six character iron red reign mark of the Guangxu emperor and this item was made during his reign (1875-1908). Condition - there are three 2.5cm (1 inch) light hairlines running from the rim (please view enlargements); no further damages and no restoration. 5cm (2 inches) deep; 24.6cm (9.6 inches) diameter.

Sold to Canada - March 2012 售至加拿大 - 2012年3月 A finely potted deep dish, or shallow bowl, well painted in underglaze blue depicting three sinuous Chilong dragons amongst clouds and Lingzhi fungus. This item was made in the early 18th Century during the reign of the Yongzheng emperor (1723-1735). Condition - very good - there is one small shallow under rim chip (please view enlargements 3 & 5), no further damages and no restoration. 3.8cm (1.5 inches) deep; 16cm (6.3 inches) diameter.

Sold, Thank you! The tanuki rests, energy spent, among fallen bamboo leaves lit by the crescent moon, only those yellow eyes alert and watchful. A beautiful pigment on silk painting signed Seiei enclosed in the original signed wooden box. It is bordered in patterned green silk and features bone rollers. The scroll is 21-1/2 x 76-1/2 inches (55 x 194 cm) and in overall fine condition.
