Stunning large Antique Japanese ishidoro - stone temple garden lantern, carved all of granite in 6 sections. The lotus base is carved so that it is still connected to the natural rock. The lantern section is different than most ishidoro in that it's roof is rounded and does not have curling corners but instead is more mushroom like in form. The light box is hexagonal and is carved in relief. Edo/Meiji Period. Size: 66" high x 24" wide x 30" wide (at widest point of base).

Japanese early 20th century bronze art deco bamboo and sparrow vase. Signed by artist, KOMIN. The bamboo and sparrow are done in high relief. Beautifully made with a oxidized "blue" bronze finish. The vase measures 11" tall and 3 3/8" in diameter at the widest.

Japanese early 20th century cloisonne vase by the Tamura Cloisonne Company. The blue colored vase has a large and beautiful yellow rose blossom. the silver toned metal rims appear to be chrome. The vase measures 9 7/8" tall and 6" in diameter. The vase comes with TOMOBAKO, the original artist signed wooden storage box.

Japanese early 20th century earthenware teapot by SASAKI NIROKU. The wonderful teapot has a Chinese landscape design carved into the side. The teapot measures 5 1/4" wide, 4 3/4" tall and 5" deep.

Japanese early 20th century Sumidagawa large pitcher. The pitcher is done with 3 monkeys done in high relief. The chop mark of the artist in on the back Inouye Ryosai. The vase measures 12 3/16" tall and 6 1/4" wide and about 4 5/8" in diameter.

Japanese early Showa period vintage child's silk kimono decorated with cranes flying among pines, both symbols of longevity. White silk lining. Measures about 37” long (excluding collar) and about 32 1/2” across (sleeve tip to sleeve tip). Circa 1940. Very good overall condition with only a few tiny spots on one shoulder. It appears to have never been worn and has been kept stored safely away in an air-tight trunk. From the Tucson, Arizona estate of a World War II veteran.

Japanese Earthenware Studio Vase, with dripping oily glaze, maybe Seto ware, 9 3/4" high, 4 1/2" diameter-top rim, 4 1/4" diameter-bottom rim, oily drippy glaze applied just over half way down, rest of glaze is chestnut brown color. Japanese antique tansu chest for storage of paper, made of kiri (paulownia) wood, nine drawers of different sizes (3 long, 3 medium, and 3 small), iron hardware with warabite shaped drawer pulls, two of the smaller drawers have lock plates, wonderful side hardware with handles for carrying, kiri wood has nice grain and beautiful natural over all patina, Late Edo Period (c1850) Size: 28 1/4" high x 44 1/4" wide x 16 3/4" deep.
