$600.00 Antique Kurdish chanteh bag (camel bag). Made of wool and woven in two connected panels. The front panel (facing out on the camel) is woven with star protection motifs and surrounded with a running hooked motif along the border. The back of the bag is woven in a stripe pattern. Circa 1900.

Amitabha is one of the most widely worshipped deities in Mahayana Chinese Buddhism from the late 6th to the 10th Cent. and in Japan from the 11th Century onward.

Sold This in a very nice Japanese cloisonne wisteria vase. It has a soft yellowish/green ground color which is fairly uncommon.The vase is in outstanding condition having just a few factory pits. From the looks of the enamel and workmanship, this vase appears to have been made by Ota. The vase stands 9 1/2 inches tall and it is a heavy piece.

Few old chips inside the top rim and kiln crazing on the bottom, no cracks or hairlines.

Ming period 1425-1644, 7" high, 5 1/2" wide-widest part, nicely crackled and shows raised rings like turning wheel pattern on the entire body by the turning wheel by the artist. Glazed with Celadon color inside the heavy top rim area, and the bottom is unglazed. One side shows darker area caused by the firing with wood burning inside the Dragon kiln. The condition is good, no damages.
