Used antique Chinese inkstone with a carving of a peach at its most shallow point. Peaches are said to be heavenly fruit that promote longevity. Used antique Chinese calligraphy inkstone in the shape of a melon, with carvings of vines and leaves at its top near the most shallow point. It comes with a hardwood box with a light reddish-brown tone and darker areas. Early 20th century. Size: 5.25" length, 4" width, 1" thickness

Japanese Kiri wood and lacquered floral decorated Hibachi with copper lining, 9 1/4" high, 10 1/4" diameter-outside, and 5" high, 8 1/4" diameter-inside polished copper liner, with 3" wide Lacquer band on the lower area. Low relief lacquer decoration on both sides. The condition is good, one small area about 1" long old separation in the natural Kiri wood.

Japanese large Wood square Hibachi with original Copper Lining, 7" high-outside and 5 1/2" inside, 17 1/2" square-outside and 16 1/2" square top rim, 11 1/2" square inside copper lining, with cut out handle on both side, original blue cotton fabric on the bottom. The beautiful bold looking grain of wood is noticeable and all original condition, no major damage except old copper lining is somewhat stained.

A nicely shaped and symmetrical Song Dynasty bowl, olive green glaze with minor typical wear to the glaze due to age. Outside of bowl is decorated with incised lotus leaf pattern. Japanese lacquered on Reed Kimono Tray, Ca. 1940's, 26" x 16", 4" high, top trim is almost 1/2" thick wood lacquered frame with gold foliage design on black, brown chestnut color lacquered on woven reed basket. There are some small missing lacquer pieces on the trim and reed basket.
