Early 20th century Chinese cloisonne recumbent deer censer with gold gilt on a custom wood stand. The lid on the back features a bird finial and is lined with turquoise enamel. The exterior cloisonne ground is turquoise over copper with red, green, blue, black, white, and yellow enamels creating a rich an vibrant design. Note the opening at the tail for burning a joss stick. In very good condition, no dents, no loss to enamels, it measures 11 inches wide, 4 inches deep, 7 1/4 inches high...

A pair of Chinese cloisonne incense burners in the shape of celestial cocks with fishes as their tails. Late 19th to early 20th century. A stunning pair of gold gilt mirror image cloisonné hat stands. Often used as vases, the front of each hat stand features a vase of flowers with a peaceful scene of a man in a boat viewing the horizon. The sides and back have assorted images of Chinese scholar article and Buddhist symbols. Decorative trim work along the top rim and bottom rims, are a nice finishing touch to the enameled background which is a dark rust color with thin gold colored cloisens creating the shape of tiny clouds...

A very rare lobed spittoon enameled with floral decorations very unusual colors, like yellow and purple. Diameter 8,4 cm, H. 4,8 cm. Good condition with normal age wear. Ca. late 19th century.

The is a small stoutly made cloisonne teapot.The piece shows better and the enamels are more glossy than what is see here in the close-up enlarged images. The condition is good but there is some enamel damage on the lid that can be seen in the images and the bronze rim of the pot is flattened a bit. The piece is 3 1/2 inches tall and about 4 inches across at the spout. Like many of Namikawa Yasuyuki pieces. the ground color is black.

Spherical boxes in bronze (or copper) cloisonné in relief. The wires isolate the relief lotus flower decoration, leaving free spaces of enamel between the motifs which is an unusual, more complex technique. The fact of not completely filling the partitions with enamel weakens those which are at the edge of the decor. The wires must be welded and not simply glued before enameling, which is more difficult...

Chinese late Qing dynasty rectangular form hinged cloisonne box with inner tray resting above an open compartment decorated on the exterior in cloud form cloisons with butterflies, flowers, and scrolling foliage emerging from rockery and set against a turquoise ground. Blue counter enamel interior and base. The box was likely designed for holding jewelry with the padded pink silk applied to the inner lid to protect the contents in the tray. Circa 1900, Chinese export enamel trough planter with floral scenes in rock garden on a custom wood stand. The glaze on the exterior ground is a lovely pale turquoise, while the interior is a darker contrasting turquoise. The rim features fret key pattern in a vibrant translucent royal blue and the metal trim is silver which has darkened over time. In excellent condition, the planter measures 8" long, 5.5" wide, and 2.5" high. On stand measures just under 3.5".

A gorgeous CHING DYNASTY Cloisonne Bowl depicting Dragons chasing the flaming pearl, inside and outside. Vibrant blue background, good condition. Base has red 4 character marking in an enclosed square and surrounded by clouds symbolizing beneficial rain. Size: 24.5 cm. diameter (9 3/4"). Comes with wooden base.

This is an attractive and unsigned Japanese Cloisonne that looks very similar to some of the signed Hayashi Hachizaemon pieces we have seen. It stands 6 inches tall and is in excellent condition.
