This item was made for export during the late 19th/early 20th Century, probably during the reign of the Guangxu emperor (1875-1908). Condition - very good - no damages and no restoration...

It was a rare type of this kind in Jiangyang wares.
Enduring old crackles were yielded naturally in the glaze when retrospective sheen was reflected on the surface.
It was used to be coated on the mouth rim with silver band. The silver band had long gone and only left with the residues around.

Pair of Qilin, a Chinese mythical beast sometimes associated with giraffes or Camelopard. Polychrome glaze on clay, with fine detailing. Bottom of the pair contains a seal reading: Qianlong Nianzhi which would be from the mid to late 18th century. However in reality the piece was made during the 19th century. A rare mirror black "famille noire" enamelled jar and cover depicting two birds perched on a branch of iron red flowering prunus blossom over green enamelled rockwork. A Longquan bird-feeder was in lovely size and was in shape of a lotus bud.
In favorite lake-green tint, the vessel was revealed at the bottom with rough-feel body clay.
It was preserved in very good condition with limited glaze frets happened during manufacturing or under incursions.
It was a rare piece from which some similar ones were in the collection of the Palace Museum of Beijing(see last two photos).

Chinese Porcelain red glazed bowl dating to the 20th Century. The bowl has a maker's mark on the bottom and added spot drilled markings on the interior. The bowl appears to be a communal eating bowl with an owners marking. The interior mark translates to "battle ax" which may indicate it was used by a military man. The bowl measures 2 1/4" high x 6 1/4" in diameter. Condition: The condition is excellent with the added mark and some kiln flaws. Free shipping within the USA.
