A very rare Jin Dynasty Greenware jar with three lugs typical of that era. The green glaze going two thirds of the way down the vase. The inside is glazed also. Comes with a certificate from the Chinese Government Auction House. Size H. 47 cm. Condition: Very nice glaze. No repairs. A fine kiln crack around the bottom unglazed area that does not go through the inside.

Chinese Junyao bowl from the Yuan Dynasty. From the collection of Irwin Hersey, renowned author on Asian and primitive art, and publisher of the Primitive Art Newsletter in the 1970s. Irwin Hersey was an advisor to museums and prominent collectors, and vetted pieces for many of the international tribal art fairs and Asian art fairs. Wonderful Large sized porcelain antique Chinese planter with hole at bottom, vibrantly illustrated fu dog characters in a playful sky setting among clouds, grasping ball and ribbons. Pedestal is dark hardwood with round claw foot legs. The piece is consigned from a prominent Thailand Collection which states that the jar is Kangxi period and the stand dates from the 19th century. Dimensions: Jar- 14" Heigh, 16" Diameter. Pedestal is 7.5" High

Chinese large yixing zisha teapot with silver decorations. 23 cm wide from spout to handle. 16 cm body diameter. 10 cm high. Teapot has few small chipped at inside the lid, no crack.

A rare late Tang to five dynasties era covered box in crackle golden glaze in good condition

Liao Flask shaped like a leather prototype with a vertical spout and a loop handle on the other side, both rising from a tall ovoid body covered in a rich glossy amber glaze, stopping above the foot to reveal the buff stoneware. Chinese Yaozhou celadon vase; possibly Song Period; features three scrolled blooms surrounded by evenly spaced foliage; covered in a olive green glaze deeply carved to produce darker recessed areas; there are some dull areas and minimal glaze loss; email for more images; overall excellent condition

A Tang Dynasty White Glaze Melon Box with lobed vertically carved lines eminating from the lid. Hair line in the glaze on lid appears to be in the glaze only. Crack in lid from time of manufacture. Height is 3 inches.
