This is Sashiko kimono used in Kaga area Kanazawa for the Meiji period. As for this, cotton is dyed with a natural indigo plant. The cotton is spun by hand. This is a very good texture. Description:
A black-glazed tea bowl was in a unique form.
Apparently caused by firing effects, the surface of the glaze was transformed to a mysterious image that was charming and different.
It was not sure if it was intentionally finished by an ingenious potter or just an accidental surprise.
But it was indeed a unique and sought-after piece for real connoisseur.
