Gorgeous antique Chinese religious libation cup with Buddhist symbols; double fish, ball of fire, lotus flower, shell, curling chimera. A shou character for good fortune on the bottom of the cup. Made out of bronze with worn gilt and a belt hook of beautifully carved white jade. Age: 18th/19th century. Size: 2" height x 3.75" length.

Antique Chinese long altar table, made from a beautiful dark hardwood, with a dark, blackish brown finish, interesting patina on the tabletop, carved panels on both legs of a chimera, head down with its tails curled upwards amongst other swirling designs. Antique Chinese celadon stoneware bowl with green glaze. The bowl has subtle textures, the center has a faint lotus flower encircled by an incised line, the body has radiating lines from the center, the rim of the bowl is slightly recessed. It measures 14" in diameter, 5" tall. The base has an unglazed ring where it was fired in the kiln and the unglazed ceramic can be seen.

Antique Chinese wooden tray, likely made from boxwood with a black/brown finish. It has one main larger compartment carved with two large lotus leaves, a lotus flower, and a lotus pod. The smaller compartment has a carved lotus pod with moveable seeds. It has two sides handles formed as stems. Size: 33" long, 17" wide, 1" tall

Sometimes assumed by Westerners as "medical models" these are Chinese fertility dolls. As ritual items, they rarely come onto the market. Rare Chinese Martavan. A martavan is a large stoneware or highly fired earthenware storage jars.
