A very rare ancient necklace made up of ten silver medallions (coins) from Southeast Asia dating back to over 2,000 years. The necklace can be separated to make two necklaces five silver medallions. Size: See last photo.

A large glass earring from Southeast Asia Cambodia. The earring has incrustation from being buried so long. Most of it can be removed by soaking it in water for several days. It would make a nice pendant. Size: Diameter 5cm. Condition: no chips or breaks . Age: 100 BC.

Square Philippine Ifugao basket with cover, known as a hu'up, used at meal time for steamed rice by the Ifugaos. Purchased in the Cordillera Region of Luzon island in the mid 1980s. Age of basket not known, but probably mid-century. 11.5"x 11.5"x 5" in height. In overall good condition.

A rare stucco sculpture which originally had three heads on this Deity, two are remaining and part of a third one remains. This type of Diety had it's influence from the Gandhara also was a jewel of Buddhist civilization. Scholars of Gandhara traveled east to India and China and were influential in the development of early Mahayana Buddhism. Size with stand. H. 23.3cm. W. 15 cm.

A pair of very small translucent pale blue-green glass earrings most likely for a child.. The glass is in the form of a medium-thick oval hoop that tapers at the ends. A antique Burmese beautiful woven basket made as a household item for the Europeans during the late 19th century. Size: H. 38cm. W. 30.5cm. Condition: No repairs.

Very old (over 50 years) which is ancient by Burmese lacquer standards. This was possibly made by the Shan who favored dramatic geometric designs over the more figural Burman style. This has some fritting on the lacquer. H: 24cm/9.5in D: 18cm/7.1in.

This element --- which represents a protecting ancestor head surmounted by a symbolic coiffe --- is resting on a squarish base. The piece is made of wood with a nice age patina. Antique Indonesian heavy piece of burl wood, with a large hole in its middle that may have been used as a mortar and pestle. The hole appears to have been worn through to the bottom over time. Size: 15" height, 24" width

An interesting American painted wooden box with a domed lid and four feet. The color is a dark eggplant black (black with a slight purple hue) with split rattan bands painted yellow. The interior of the lid is painted yellow, teal green, and off white. The same color palate and pattern is repeated on inside bottom and outside bottom. This sturdy box is in excellent condition, measuring 13" long, 7" high...

Antique Kalinga basket for carrying and storing rice or vegatables made by the mountain people from northern Luzon, the largest island in the Philippine archipelago. This coil basket is perfectly symmetrical and has nice warm patina. The coil weaving technique, materials (finely split rattan and nito vine), and design are consistent with baskets made by the Kalinga tribe. This rare and very beautiful collectible basket is in excellent condition and measures 12” high and about 10" diameter.
