The inside of the bowl is Emerald Green with a Center Medallion. Benjarong/Bencharong means 5-colours in Thai language. Good condition, no hairline or restorations! The inside is emerald green with flower decor and a center medallion, whereas the outside depicts 4 alternative Norasingh and Kinaree figures on a Famille Noire background. Size: 17.1 cm. diameter x 8.9 cm height (3 1/2" x 6 3/4". Good condition, with 1 firing hairline on top rim, hardly noticeable, except upon close inspection. Rare size and item!

An Annamese blue and white porcelain dish. Flower decoration in cavetto centered by leaves and flowers decorated bands within unglazed rim. Leaf lappet decoration above the ring foot centering unglazed bottom with typical iron wash. 15th to 16th century. Good condition, crawling original to the firing, crazing to glaze, good resonance when tapped, no hairlines and no cracks. Diameter, 9 1/2 to 9 5/8 inches (about 24.3 cm). Height, little more than 2 1/4 inches (about 5.75 cm)...

A lovely pair of Hoi An Shipwreck Annamese bowls dating to the 15th century. They are excellent condition, save for the glaze that is matte. They measure 4.5" wide and 3" high.
