Japanese Imari Porcelain Bowl, 3 5/8" high, 9 3/4" diameter-top, Ca. 1920, typical Japanese garden scenery over the bamboo fence in large separate panels, flying birds inside smaller cartouches inside the bowl, and sprays of branches in red, green and underglaze blue. The condition is good, no damage.

A lidded Japanese Imari porcelain vase, finely painted with landscape cartouches and Ho-o birds among brocade pattern and peonies. With 19th century French bronze mountings, the pedestal composed of four nicely modelled elephant heads and heart shaped bordure, which is repeating on the rim ring. Condition: fine, only cover inside with a tiny rim chip (see picture no. 8). Dimension: total height: 31.8 cm.

Japanese Imari Porcelain Vase, Ca. 1868-1912, Meiji period, 12" high, 6" wide-widest measurement, 3" diameter-top rim, overglaze design of Bamboo, Maple, Pine and flowering trees inside the two cartouches, and Peony flowering tree wrapped around by stylized Peacock feather inside the other two(2) sides, all decoration are done by overglaze Imari colors on top of the underglaze blue, and highlighted in gold. Wonderful Japanese Kutani Celadon statue of Sen no Rikyū (千利休, 1522 – April 21, 1591), the mastermind of chanoyu, the Japanese Way of Tea. It was made during the Meiji Period (1868 - 1912) by an unknown artist of Kutani. There is his seal. The statue has a fine Celadon crazing with no cracks or repairs.
