Chinese porcelain box with a cobalt blue underglaze of a twisting dragon on the lid, with squared spiral designs around the lid's edges. The bottom of the box has crashing waves and a large fish sticking its head out from the water. The bottom of the box is marked Da Qing Qianlong Nian Zhi, "Great Qing Qianlong Period Make". The white spots seen on the box are a reflection of the box's textured surface. Size: 2.25" height, 4" width

Antique vase with a long, elegant neck, white base with allover design of flying dragons with a green glaze. The vase mouth is lined with gold, and the vase bottom has rolling ocean waves in a green glaze, with raised white dotting. The design of butterflies and melons is seldom encountered on Chinese porcelain, found only on a few Qianlong pieces. This shaped dish I feel is from the early 19th century but the ‘orange peel’ surface of the porcelain is often found on Qianlong export pieces. Like the Qianlong painted melons these have a pronounced ‘spotting’ in either famille rose or gold enamel on the fruits.

Chinese jade snuff bottle that has been expertly carved into a gourd, with vines and large leaves coiled around. A butterfly has been carved near the base, a symbol for longevity, beauty, and elegance. The bottle is specially carved with a small hole near the opening so that it may be hung from a necklace or belt. It has a lovely green jade stopper. 19th century Size: 3" length, 1.25" width

Chinese carved boxwood figurine depicting the Song poet and painter Su Dongpo dressed as a scholar and enjoying his ink stone. Fixed on a wooden base. Condition: fine, some patina and tiny stains. Dimension: total height: 18.1 cm.

DESCRIPTION: This Chinese scholar’s brush is a simple brush crafted from a mottled bamboo handle, very thick bristles, and a shaped, dark horn ferrule. The brush, dating from the early 20th Century, is in very good condition and would be perfect for display in a medium to smaller sized brush pot. DIMENSIONS: 9 5/8” long (24.5 cm).

Green jadeite ring with areas of beautiful deep green, set in an 18K yellow gold ring with incised lines that come to a triangular point. The inside of the band is inscribed with Chinese markings that have been partially worn away from use. 20th century Size: 2.25" length of entire ring, jadeite stone approx. .75" height, .5" width
