A 17/18th Century Chinese Polychrome Painted Stucco Figure of an Immortal, superbly modeled with flowing robes and wearing a necklace with a pendant. Statue is attached to a Pink Base with backing. Some traces of gilding remain. Item in left hand is missing. Good overall condition, natural aging/wear over the period. Size: 28.5 cm. height. Weight: 2.3 kilos. This is an exceptional Famille Rose and Encre de Chine Porcelain Snuff Bottle of globular form, with a gilded ruyi band decorated straight neck, a wide gilded mouth, and a raised recessed oval footing. The entire bottle is decorated with scrolling Encre de Chine Vines and pink lotus blossoms, set atop a white background. An authentic Tang tomb guardian wearing a typical warrior's uniform standing on an mythical evil creature with remains of the original pigments.Some earth still adheres to the statue. Chinese rug from the Baotou-Suiyuan area, hand-woven in shades of blue with beige accents. The central image of a geometric medallion surrounded by scholar's objects, with scrolling meander double border, with white fringe edges.

Chinese qingbai porcelain bowl, egg shell thin body with pale celadon crackle glaze. The well of the bowl incised with two swimming fish over waves, the edges slightly lobed, the rim left in buff. The exterior body is ribbed down to the short foot, and the base of the foot slightly recessed and left in buff.

Rare Chinese deep powder blue porcelain censer; Kangxi Period; the rounded sides tapering elegantly inwards to form the rim; at the base there are three rounded feet to reflect the traditional tripod censer; minor surface scratches; good condition

This is an Amygdaloidal Basalt, heavy, but well hollowed, of flattened globular shape with a short broad cylindrical neck, and an oval recessed foot. Engraved with lion masks to both shoulders. The background is dark gray, almost black, and the attractive mineral inclusions of various shapes are light brown, light blue, gray, green, light green and some shades of rosette. Some of the various shape forms have various colors inside...

This is a rare example of a Puddingstone, not only because of its form, but also, because of the color, shape, and texture of the particles that make up the stone.

A bottle of similar form may be found in Steven's 'The Collector's book of Snuff Bottles" #618, minus the mask handles, which he dates to late 18th, early 19th centuries...

This is fine example of a white nephrite jade Thumb Archer's Ring, with a Taotie theme: symbols and figures carved in high relief all around the surface of the ring. It was apparently used to some extent because it shows a few very small impact scars on its edges, as well a hairline crack on its outside surface, but it is in solid condition, with well defined carved symbols . Other similar examples date to the Chinese Qing period.
