Zentner Collection
$1,450.00 Chinese qingbai porcelain bowl, egg shell thin body with pale celadon crackle glaze. The well of the bowl incised with two swimming fish over waves, the edges slightly lobed, the rim left in buff. The exterior body is ribbed down to the short foot, and the base of the foot slightly recessed and left in buff.
Dates from Song dynasty (960-1279) Dimensions: 6 3/4" W x 2 1/4" H Set of four Chinese Qing dynasty porcelain wine cups decorated in the doucai style in underglaze blue and overglaze famille rose enamels with a butterfly among flowering plants. An underglaze blue geometric border is at the rim. A six-character blue kaishu Daoguang mark (1821-1859) is on the base and the set is probably of the period. There are faint lightly incised “CHINA” marks to the bases for export purposes. About 3 3/8” diameter x slightly over 2 1/2” high...

A six characters "Daqing Guanxu Nianzhi" seal mark is inscribed on the shoulder, and of the period. Condition: losses; minor kiln faults. $900.00 A large porcelain barbed bowl decorated with flowers, birds, fingered citrons, bamboo and other motifs with famille rose enamel and gilt in Imary style. 18th century, Kangxi period. Condition: glaze scratches, enamel and gilt losings; rim glaze bursts as commonly seen on Kangxi wares, plus a few small glaze chips on the rim and one very short kiln crack. $2800.00 A well potted rouleau vase finely decorated with famille verte enamel, depicting Zhongkui gathering with his younger sister in a garden, not far from them under a sycamore tree, a goblin is taking care of Zhongkui's nephew. Late 19th century, Guangxu period. The vase is in excellent condition, the only flaw is some old chips inside the foot rim. Height: 43 cm.

On Hold A Chinese porcelain vase covered with beautiful flambe glaze, and decorated with a pair of molded mask and ring handles on the shoulder. 18th century. Condition: The foot rim is lightly ground; chips around inside the foot rim which happened before firing. No other flaw other than these. Height: 13-3/4".
