| A pair of Chinese ivory vases made from a section of the tusk and carved in the Canton school of decoration with a continous scene of writhing dragons, flowers, and foliage- all againgst a finely rendered diaper background. Detailed work and in very good condition.On fitted fixed wooden stands. We can obtain the CITES export licence , if necessary. size: : 8 1/2inches (21cm) overall height, and 4 inches (10cm) diameter of the tusk.age; C. 1900. condition: very good, only a couple of age lines on the rim as seen in the photos. | ||||||||||||||
