This paper knife is very much higher quality than those normally encountered. Some idea of this can been seen in the close-up photographs. There are some pieces of inlay missing but the piece is very well worth restoring.

One the side with the two boys in Chinese costume the only piece of inlay missing is the conical hat, the aperture now coloured red. One the other side, missing are two flower heads and the tip of a leaf.

Just a tad under 12 inches (30.2 cm) long.
