A RARE CHINESE EXPORT LACQUER DOCUMENT BOX, EUROPEAN SUBJECT.
The box is in terrible condition but is decorated with a very rare subject, European figures enjoying the garden of a large country house. Circa early 19th century. The box has numerous chipped corners, splits and wear. 29cm (11.4 inches) x 25.7cm (10.1 inches) x 7.6cm (3 inches). I am based in the United Kingdom so charges made to credit cards are in GBP ( British Pounds ) and your credit card issuer converts the charge to the currency of your country.
