| Japanese Early Showa period tortoiseshell comb and bobkin set. The tortoiseshell comb and bobkin have been lacquered with gold lacquer and then inlaid with shell and kirigane. The comb and bobkin are an original matching set as you can see by the design. The comb measures 3 3/4" long and 1 5/8" tall. The bobkin measures 6 1/4" long and 1/2" wide at the widest. There is some very slight rubbing to the gold lacquer. | |||||||||||||||
