Elegant Japanese Makie Lacquer work from late 19th to early 20th century, tobacco bon smoking tray with metal knob and exquisite gold lacquer work on black lacquer in the motif of mountain, rivers, temples, and great secene of traditional Japan. Gold sparkled lacquer is applied on the top of the tray and the inside of drawers. This is highly collectileble and reccomended artcticle! It has only slight losses to lacqer on its handle. For an old artcile, Ovarally very good in condition with fine patina. In photos, it looks a little bit whiten but this is a reflection of its light. In real color is daker and gold lacquer is more standing.
