All prints and paintings purchased from Floating World Gallery
are guaranteed genuine. Posthumous and other later printings
have been identified as such as part of the listing If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your prints for a refund of the purchase price within 14 day from the date of shipment. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please contact us for our shipping address prior to sending a return. Returns should be sent to us insured for the full retail value, postage prepaid, and must be received in the same condition as sent. All prints are offered subject to prior sale. Since most prints are one of a kind, please await confirmation of availability prior to sending your payment. Prices and payment are in U.S. dollars. Payment may be made by Mastercard, Visa, check (U.S. banks only), money order or wire transfer. We reserve the right to defer shipment until the funds have cleared.
A $25 per package charge for handling, insurance and delivery by
FedEx within the continental United States, or by registered or insured Priority Mail to Alaska, Hawaii and APO addresses, will be added to each order, for standard sized prints. Larger prints will incur additional charges. It may be necessary to send oversized pieces in mailing tubes or to charge an additional amount for packing materials. Wherever possible, we will email the tracking number to you at the time of shipment. Payment should be sent to Floating World Gallery, 858 W. Armitage, #148 Chicago, IL 60614. Illinois residents, without a valid Illinois resale certificate on file with us, will be charged 10.25% sales tax. |
