| A Large & Rare Japanese Woodblock Print by Ohara Koson Ca. 1912 19 3/4 x 8 5/8 ins. (50.3 x 21.9 cms) This is one of Koson's largest and rarest designs. It was published by Kokkeido ca. 1912. A New York Gallery has an example priced at $2600, it can be seen by entering "Koson Heron in Tree" into Google. It is in very good condition with no damage or repairs. There is some toning on the reverse, some paste marks on the vertical edges on the reverse and VERY slight evidence of damp staining which is almost imperceptible of the front.
