| The condition of this vase is near mint, with no signs of wear to the gold or enamel. There are two scenes, one showing a market setting with baskets of daikon, mustard greens and persimmons. The other is a scene showing the implements of a tea ceremony. Each scene is bordered by tightly executed geometric patterns in gold and enamel. It is signed Kinkozan and dates about 1900.
