Tang Dynasty, Chinese Pottery Court Lady on Horse

Rare Chinese painted pottery court lady riding horse, the court lady with nice facial expression, wearing tunic and sitting on a saddle cloth in elegant gesture. The horse standing on rectangular base, ears pricked and a tail,with red, black and white pigments remaining.

Age: China, Tang Dynasty, circa A.D. 618 - 907
Measurement: Height 33 C.M. / Length 28.2 C.M. / Width 11 C.M.
Condition: Well-preserved old burial condition overall with some amount of soil adherings (some abrasions and wearings on the piece due to the long burial time underground). Please refer to the enlargement photos for more details.
